Here is my tour of the new restaurants spotted in June 2026.

Abitibi-Témiscamingue

Holy Burgers Rimouski - Rimouski. Here, the Holy One poutine clearly draws attention with its fries, cheese curds, brown sauce, Sterling Silver beef, cheddar, bacon, half burger bun, honey, and onion rings. I’d add that the menu is worth checking directly if you want to see the rest of the offer, because the house also leans into the spirit of gourmet fast food.

Restaurant Le Bicois - Rimouski. A stop that comes up often when people talk about pizza, poutine, and a small cocktail in a good atmosphere for an aperitif with friends or family. Comments also mention the fries, chocolate chip cookie, and a Quebec wine list that gives the place a distinctive character.
