To respect the traditions with the Sunday brunch

Since our arrival in Quebec, we take great pleasure to go to brunch on Sunday. In France, the brunch is also very popular but especially in large or very large cities. In Sherbrooke, there is plenty of choice when you do not want to cook on Sundays.

Closer to home, the Cartier restaurant offers delicious brunches on lazy Sunday, when we like to make breakfast and lunch the same meal.

Just for the fresh fruit cocktail which is served à la carte, the Cartier restaurant worth visiting. Each week, the recipe changes. The fruits are pressed on site and the mixtures were always delicious. With this, the house offers a choice of sweet or savory brunch. I am a follower of sweet while my man is adept salty. This is very useful if you want to pick some food in the plate of the other and have your dose of sweet but also salty.

I recently tasted the coupe parfait santé. More by envy than by concern for my diet. The brunch consists of yogurt along with red fruit coulis and granola and spiced muffins. Everything is very generously served and very tasty. You come out ready to face the cold during a walk at Lake of nations or satiated until Sunday evening. Salty brunch are also very good and traditional: fried potatoes, bacon and roasted. There is something for everyone.

The price is right for the quality of the brunch. A pleasure to offer from time to time to enjoy the weekend and extend a little fun of sleeping in!
