ENTRY
For his part, my mother ordered the entry warm salad of beef tongue, my boyfriend green salad and, of course, I ordered the poutine reversed. The three entries were delicious! The warm salad of beef tongue may put some people by name, but I assure you that the language is dressed beautifully and it's delicious! Reverse poutine is a must to try it at Auguste! Tasty and fun, they are the perfect entry! I would say, a chic poutine!
MAIN MEALS
Regarding the main meal, we chose these three dishes: beef tartare, crispy black pudding and liver of veal fried milk. Because like me, many people have a prejudice against the pudding, I was not hot on the idea of ??taste, but I assure you that I would regret not having done! It was excellent, tasty and delicate, a wonderful dish that made me reconsider the pudding! The beef tartare was excellent, although I would have preferred it to be served with chips or croutons houses homes, rather than trade chips, but hey! :) It was delicious! For his part, my boyfriend is a fan of calf's liver, he reveled in his flat!
Auguste restaurant is a very nice place to go lunch, dinner or a drink or dessert. Family, as a couple or with friends, this is the perfect place to enjoy a good meal that is change! This is the kind of restaurant where you have to get out of our comfort zone to try something other than our traditional dish of tortellini rose sauce ;)
MENUS
Chez Auguste, it offers three menus, the menu Augustus, the tasting menu and sooner or later. The principle is simple enough Auguste menu is the restaurant's summer menu and tasting menu where you will find a wide variety of food to eat. Regarding the menu sooner or later, it's a great concept if you're the kind of early dinner before 18:15, or if you're more of a style to eat later, after 21h! For a very affordable price ($ 20) you will receive a service 3 of Augustus in!
In addition, if you want to take home Auguste, the restaurant offers a catering service! Fantastic is not it? The latter is now being offered by Augustine, the sister of Augustus, which we will explore in a future article!
IN SUMMARY
In summary, I love this restaurant for all occasions since the atmosphere is comfortable and enjoyable! With summer just around the corner, the terrace will be open to the delight of customers! Go enjoy with your friends, family or a romantic dinner, all the excuse to go there!
