Last Thursday, after a long week of team work and study in finance, I thought: why not eat a poutine with beer to mark the end of the week?
Well, after looking around for a good poutine restaurant, I remembered that during my introduction to the University of Sherbrooke, I went to the dining terrace. That's why I went to the Snack Bar Chameleon!
The restaurant offers the option of dining inside or outside on their beautiful terrace. In both cases, I advise you to choose a poutine since it is their specialty! For my part, I tried two of their choicest poutine: Boss and Louisiana.

The Boss is a poutine poutine made ??with four kinds of meat (pepperoni, bacon, chopped smoked meat meat) as well as delicious onions. Louisiana is a poutine with chicken pieces accompanied by a spicy sauce and peppers in addition to traditional fries and cheese curds. The price of these two poutine is about $ 10 for the small size poutine. You can also get a nice beer accompaniment price $ 5.50 for a 12oz.
In my view, Snack Bar Chameleon is the best place in Sherbrooke and close to the university, if you like eating poutine out of the ordinary while enjoying the sun with a beer on their patio!
