La Gueule de Bois is Granby's finest restaurant. Mainly a steakhouse, we also serve seafood, pastas, salads.
On thursdays and fridays, the restaurant turns into a supper club. The kitchen closes late, and a whole new clientele comes in after 9 pm.
We only serve Certified Angus Beef, aged a minimum of 35 days. It is the best 4% of angus AAA beef cuts, from cattles that are exempt from hormones and antibiotiques, fed exclusively a vegetarian diet.
