Review summary
What guests say about Boston Pizza
Reviews are mixed: several customers appreciate the food, the atmosphere, and some staff members, with a few mentions of very good service. However, many comments point to slow or absent service, mistakes in orders, and sometimes cleanliness issues. The place seems lively and noisy, which may appeal to some, but be bothersome if you’re looking for a quiet, quick meal.
