Located between the stone walls of what was once a 19th century maritime warehouse, the dining room Four Diamond Panache has both an exceptional quietness and a privileged view over the river and the activity that s' place there.

On the menu: traditional Quebec cuisine "revisited" and brought up to date with the talents of executive chef and his brigade. Regional cuisine designed only to fresh products, which vary with the seasons and arrivals.

The supply season comes mostly from our organic garden located on Île d'Orléans and also small local producers.

The wine list showcases more than 700 diverse labels in 14 different countries. The cellar is home to over 12,000 bottles, including innumerable private imports and wines.
