I don’t get it with the 1 star reviews from people in here but this restaurant chain is the best Lebanese food , they use quality ingredients and the service is top notch!!!

The pita shish taouk is delicious but I noticed the quality in the pita diminished while prices have gone up. The pita should be a well rounded pita stuffed with food, the lady was individually picking the pickled turnips, lettuce and pieces of meat..... once heated in panini press, it was flat and lots of pita that could have been stuffed more. I was disappointed

Really disappointing experience from start to finish. I ordered a shish taouk plate and was asked if I wanted garlic sauce. I replied that I would like both sauces, garlic and hummus. The employee serving me added both sauces. Then I was shown all the available salads and asked to choose. I picked two salads. When I got to the cash register, I was charged an extra $1.25 for the two salads and another $1.00 for the second sauce. I paid, but I was surprised because nobody mentioned there would be extra charges for what I asked for. I then asked for an extra fork so I could share with my husband, and I was looked at as if I was asking for the moon. They gave it to me reluctantly. And that’s not even the worst part. I sat down at a table and realized I didn’t get any pita bread. I went back to the cashier and asked if pita bread came with the plate I ordered. She told me that you have to ask for it and that it’s only given upon request. Confused, I asked if it costs extra, since most Lebanese restaurants automatically include it. She simply replied that she would give me one and handed it to me. Honestly, I will not be coming back here.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The service was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When I asked whether the tabouleh was included, the employee informed me it was an extra dollar. After I politely declined, he responded by saying, “It’s really not that much,” which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Additionally, this extra charge should have been mentioned clearly from the beginning rather than requiring customers to ask. While waiting to pay, my friend — who had food from another restaurant — was being given uncomfortable looks by the cashier, which made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. On top of that, when it was my turn to pay, the cashier was busy taking a personal phone call. After finishing the call, I politely asked for an extra fork so my friend could share my meal, and the cashier looked me up and down before bluntly saying no. Unfortunately, the food quality was also poor. There was a hair in my rice, and the rice itself was very cold. Overall, the customer service and food quality were both unacceptable, and I would not recommend this restaurant based on my experience.

The only restaurant in carrefour laval food court where you have to ask for napkins, they don’t put any when they give your food. Talk about being cheap, and the customer service is zero, no attention to client, no smile, nothing.

Found a hair in the food and did not want to do anything about it because "I already ate the whole sandwich". Do you really expect me to eat the whole sandwich if I knew there was a strand of hair at the end of the sandwich? Then the lady at the cashier with dark brown hair with yellow highlights starts accusing me for lying and say that it is from me. Excuse me but my hair is way longer than this and it wasn't even the same hair colour. I would avoid this place at all cost because they aren't respecting the health and safety under MAPAQ. During the complain, the older guy behind who wasn't wearing a uniform was sucking his finger then starts manipulating other customers food.

The rice and potatoes were cold. I wonder if their steam table was working cause it was actually room temperature. The rice looked like it was leftover from yesterday that was reheated. I am sorry but definitely don't recommend and I regret wasting my money on this. Should've went with my gut feeling and went for another restaurant instead.

I bought a juice, it was expired and it tasted like cider. It had gas and wasn’t good. I came back for an exchange and they told me that it wasn’t their problem and that I should call Oasis (juice company) I insisted that I paid for something that was bad. The cashier ignored me until the pressure made her give me a water. Horrible experience, no apologies acted like it was my fault that they are selling expired products. Horrible experience with clients.

Very bad customer service experience, she refused to give us a takeaway box after they took a good 50min( an insanely long time) to give us our potatoes, we showed we needed it desperately and she still refused, it is absurd stubbornness for absolutely no reason. She ended up by throwing our food for us in a bag, horrible mannerism.
