Found a hair in the food and did not want to do anything about it because "I already ate the whole sandwich". Do you really expect me to eat the whole sandwich if I knew there was a strand of hair at the end of the sandwich? Then the lady at the cashier with dark brown hair with yellow highlights starts accusing me for lying and say that it is from me. Excuse me but my hair is way longer than this and it wasn't even the same hair colour. I would avoid this place at all cost because they aren't respecting the health and safety under MAPAQ. During the complain, the older guy behind who wasn't wearing a uniform was sucking his finger then starts manipulating other customers food.

The rice and potatoes were cold. I wonder if their steam table was working cause it was actually room temperature. The rice looked like it was leftover from yesterday that was reheated. I am sorry but definitely don't recommend and I regret wasting my money on this. Should've went with my gut feeling and went for another restaurant instead.

I bought a juice, it was expired and it tasted like cider. It had gas and wasn’t good. I came back for an exchange and they told me that it wasn’t their problem and that I should call Oasis (juice company) I insisted that I paid for something that was bad. The cashier ignored me until the pressure made her give me a water. Horrible experience, no apologies acted like it was my fault that they are selling expired products. Horrible experience with clients.

Very bad customer service experience, she refused to give us a takeaway box after they took a good 50min( an insanely long time) to give us our potatoes, we showed we needed it desperately and she still refused, it is absurd stubbornness for absolutely no reason. She ended up by throwing our food for us in a bag, horrible mannerism.

Not generous :i ordered a BEEF 🥩 saj + apple juice small (they charge me 18$ ) didn’t handle me receipt 🧾 A very thin sandwich at least be generous (BOXER 🥊)

It was very tasty. We took a mixed plate (three different meats, salad, potatoes and rice) it was super tasty. One plate was enough for both of us.

Beef shawarma doesn’t taste like shawarma at all, has no taste and they put Iceberg lettuce, , tahini sauce is water and lemon juice staff are very stingy im sure it’s not their fault.
