⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wow! What an incredible experience at Zone 15! Honestly, from planning the party to the day of the event, the customer service was phenomenal! A huge shout-out to Michael, Océane, Charbel, and Angela! We were there a week ago with a big group of kids, and everything was perfect. We booked the laser tag and glow-in-the-dark package, and it was SO much fun! The older kids also got to experience the escape room, and they’re still talking about it. Meanwhile, the dads had a blast upstairs at the bar, watching the hockey game and enjoying pizza, chicken wings, and more. Angela was even sweet enough to snap some photos during the laser tag game, which was such a nice touch! Everyone was friendly, polite, attentive, and quick to help. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. I honestly can’t recommend Zone 15 enough for kids’ parties. Thank you so much for making the evening so special for everyone but especially for my son! We’ll definitely be back!!
