It's a walk in pizza joint, so don't expect seating. But if you want really great pizza, this is the place. We've lived in the area for 10 hrs, many of our neighbors 40, 50 years and we all agree Zio has the best pie and that ain't no lie.

Hands down best pizza in the Valley, it's not even close. Locally owned business with great owners/staff, and the food quality is phenomenal. The garlic dip is also the cherry on top of everything. Highly recommend.

I drove all the way from Ottawa to enjoy a large green olives and mushroom. it was excellent pizza and great people to deal with. great experience!

This spot is excellent. My partner and I split a zio sub and though it was plenty of food we were sad we hadn't each picked up a full one. The bread was exactly what we were hoping for and so was everything else. We'll be back soon.

Tried the pizza for the first time driving through last night. Hawaiian and pepperoni. It was the best pizza I have had in a long time. Generous toppings and the crust was cooked to perfection! Will be back!
