It took so long to even order our food and took an hour to get it. Very disappointed as the staff working didn’t seem to care about the 20 people waiting for their order. They were slow and talking to each other, leaving orders out and not calling for the peoples orders. Will not be coming again!

Always got delivery in this place and tried it in store for the first time, I think i'll stick with deliveries for now cause the place is very small and the quality was the same anyway. Sometimes they're not very consistent with the crunchy part of their chili crisp, sometimes it comes crunchy sometimes it is not and when i was in the store, to my surprise it wasn't crunchy either that's why i was lowkey disappointed.

i had the simple burger and the smashes potatoes, the burger had 2 patties, always a w, but also american yellow cheese which is just not a vibe for me. they had 20% off for students so that's cool. it was very filling, but so greasy like now I want to throw up. I lowk only tasted oil... the meat was obviously not the best but who is surprised. The potatoes tho, bomb. I feel like 11 dollars for a smash burger is taking the Mickey mouse. Anyways. Won't be going back.

I love this place loaded while smiles, where smashed burgers & fries are typical! Always welcomed with popcorn and staff is so friendly that you want to pick up you take out by yourself 😀

The team looks so understaffed and disorganized, everyone seemed confused about what they were doing(visited on Saturday May the 16th). They kept changing stations between all three. Also, the paper bag they give you is so uncomfortable and so huge to carry. Definitely not going back. Burger was okay nothing major( I had the Chili burger) but my fav still is Mange dans Mon Hood!

Awesome smash burgers with great flavor and quality. Their chili burger is my favorite and has a really nice balance of sweet and spicy flavors. The buns are soft, fresh, and go perfectly with the burgers. They also serve smashed fried potatoes, which were decent but not the highlight for me. Overall, a great spot if you’re craving a good smash burger.

Edited rating to reflect the owners response, they are still awesome. Mistakes happen, how they handle is great :) Still the best burger in town. Downfall of the best smash burger? Got charged 1.7$ for a ketchup - ordered 4 burgers and after getting them walked up to ask for ketchup. The young guy who was serving the burgers jumped in and said we charge for ketchup, even the cashier was baffled 😂 As someone who supported zeez and laffe this is sad to see. Burgers are still 10/10 2/3 staff present were amazing, 3rd one… was interesting..

This place is a must!!!!!!! I dont think you can go wrong with anything they have on the menu! Fair prices, friendly and quick service, everything is served hot and fresh I would definitely be going back We also got some popcorn after we ordered which was totally awesome lol All I can say is that the music was extremely loud for a small shop. Seeing we ate in the restaurant, it was hard to ask questions to the employees or just have a conversation with whoever youre sitting with. Aside from that, it was great 👍

So i get in the spot nobody in line to order but maybe 2 ppl waiting for their food, the cashier only came after 10mn, it took them exactly 28min from when i paid since i could see on the bill to recieve my food, all the fries were cold, they put wrong order for burger and a side and they didnt put any forks inside for the poutine. Tbh it used to be my go to spot but now i dont even recomend it. They should definitely do something because it ls terrible.

Really disappointed, we waited for over 15 minutes for somebody to get our order and then we waited ANOTHER 30 MINS to get our food so in total it’s way over 45 minutes. Also, surprise : we got the wrong order and they didn’t even call our number so when we actually went up to them to see when will order be ready it was all cold and THEN we had to go back in to get our order right… that’s disappointing. I’m pretty sure the food would be good if the service was a little bit nicer. We spend over 50$ for this. That’s crazy

First time trying Zeez and I was blown away. We got the classique and the mushroom with onion rings and smashed potatoes, safe to say, it was absolutely amazing! The burgers are so juicy and flavourful, the onion rings are fried to perfection, and the smashed potatoes are somehow fluffy and crispy at the same time. 10/10 service too, the lady that helped us was so nice and recommended the hot honey (get the hot honey!) Definitely coming back soon, been dreaming about that burger...
