This is honestly one of the most underrated spots in the Ottawa Valley. If you haven’t been here yet, you need to try it. The ingredients are high quality, the portions are huge, and everything tastes homemade and full of flavour. I try to support local businesses as much as I can, especially places I truly believe in, and this is absolutely one of them. They have the best mocha in the Valley, incredible coffee, and the breakfast sandwich I had this morning was massive. The side potatoes were so good I was literally eating them with my hands on the drive home. Whatever that secret spice is — it’s magic. Whether you’re looking for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or a light dinner, this is the place. Think artisan cheese, salmon, arugula, fresh vegetables, creative sandwiches, and homemade options with lots of variety. And the mango salad? A huge hit with everyone I’ve introduced it to.

Great salad and Panini. The Orzo salad was especially good.

Delicious 😋 was very quiet when we went - so we had the whole restaurant to ourselves. Loved the Greek flatbread panini and orzo salad!

This was great! I wish I took pics, it was as beautiful as it was tasty! Our friend had the Milano panini with the mango salad which was fantastic, I had the same salad. The mango was exactly right for ripeness and flavor was full of all the layers of the mango flavor with a perfect light dressing My partner had the Palermo panini and the orzo salad both of which she enjoyed. She asked for a side of garlic sauce which was nicely balanced. I had the Oriental Wrap which is a vegetarian option and man the falafel was so good. Texture and flavor was great. Service was quick and friendly by both of the store staff. I regret not asking names! Price was more than acceptable, comparable price to the chains and the quality was far above which makes it even better value in m estimation. I've been wanting to stop in before and glad summer is coming, perfect picnic food!

Zaytouna's in downtown Pembroke is my favourite haunt. Joaed and his team have brought the taste of the Mediterranean to the Valley in a central location that is wheelchair accessible and open for breakfast, lunch and supper. He uses only fresh ingredients. His menu is varied, balanced, wonderfully nuanced. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Whether I am alone or with friends, Zaytouna's is my refuge and meeting place.

The best falafel in pembroke! The falafel panini was amazing, and their specialty coffee is great too.
