When a guest arrives about 30 minutes before closing, our team may inform them that we are approaching closing time and that we may not be able to accommodate large orders if they cannot be completed before the end of service. However, we do not refuse service to guests who arrive before closing. Our staff simply explained the timing and preparation constraints. This explanation may have caused a misunderstanding, and we are sorry that we were unable to serve you that evening. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify the situation and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. For guests planning a larger order close to closing time, we recommend ordering ahead by phone or online, which allows us to prepare the order in advance and have it ready for pickup without waiting.
