unfortunately the service completely ruined what could have been a good experience. The servers were shockingly rude and unprofessional. I’ve honestly never had a server speak to me the way they did. Even in my own work dealing with difficult clients, I would never talk to someone like that. It felt dismissive and unnecessarily hostile, which immediately put a bad taste in my mouth. The place itself is actually really nice, the atmosphere and decor are beautiful and the space has a great vibe. The food was fine and the drinks were not terrible, but nothing memorable except for the fact that they are ridiculously overpriced. But when the service is that unpleasant, it overshadows everything else. A restaurant experience is about more than just the food, and the attitude of the staff really set the tone for the night. I ended up having some fun later because I was out with friends and a few drinks helped, but the service genuinely ruined my mood at the beginning of the evening. It’s disappointing because the place has potential, but the way guests are treated needs serious improvement.
