Yami Sushi is a total hidden gem and easily one of the best sushi spots we’ve visited lately. We started with the miso soup, which was honestly the best I’ve ever had—it was packed with a generous amount of seaweed that gave it an incredible umami boost. We ended up ordering the "Sushi Love" combo, and it was a massive spread of 36 pieces that featured some of the freshest salmon sashimi I’ve ever tasted at a sushi spot in a strip mall. Even the fried rice stood out with that perfectly authentic, smoky flavor you only get from a high-heat Japanese grill. The best part was that the bill didn't break the bank, which was the ultimate treat for me and the kids. Finding high-quality Japanese food that's also affordable for the whole family is rare, and we were all pleasantly surprised by the value. We will definitely be back for another round!
