Came in to town from Buffalo for Game 4 and showed up to Yama after the game upon recommendation from a friend Had a great time with some of the Habs fans there, but was shocked to see the despondent and arrogant attitude of the floor manager. It was a busy night…the bartender and bus staff were doing a great job with the crowd but this floor manager was barely present in the room. When he did show up, he would only concentrate on a few guests. He wasn’t helping out the team at all. But what was more awkward is on more than one occasion he went behind the bar to talk down to the staff *in front* of everyone. Ive never seen a floor manager so disconnected from what was happening 5 stars for the service staff only

Over-priced for what they serve. Full of shards of shell in the oysters. Locals next to me left after receiving the menu with the prices stating they were ridiculous. I then had the displeasure of having a few local gentlemen sit next to my table and were obnoxiously loud conversing about money. Scallop sauce was nice and buttery. The chairs are very uncomfortable!

The short rib Benedict was so watery and flavorless, but the smoked salmon bagel was delicious! Potatoes was the best out of everything.

Went at YAMA with my family. Ben was perfect, made us feel welcomed and went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our meals and our experience, just for that we will totally come back!! Food was delicious. Thank you!

We just had a fantastic meal at Yama. From the service from Myron to the food we ordered, everything was delicious and the quality of the fish was superb. Price to quality ratio is outstanding. Will definately be coming back.

The hostess Sarah Al-Hajj is the greatest worker. She was so sweet and kind. I recommend this restaurant I loved my experience!!! 10/10. Beautiful. Lovely environment.

Gorgeous, art-filled space with warm, welcoming staff and excellent food. The Yama salad was perfect, and the nigiri and hanabi were fresh and beautifully balanced.

Do not come here. You will get better service at a food court and better quality of food. Came in eve of Christmas eve, the restaurant did not seem busy. However, it was impossible to find seating. I waited over 30 minutes just to be acknowledged and was eventually seated at the bar. The food quality was unacceptable. The fish dish was extremely salty and stringy. The foams on the plate were dried out. Even worse, breakfast ordered through the hotel came with berries that had visible white mold next to my eggs Benedict. This is a serious food safety issue. Very disappointing experience. Would not return.
