We had a disappointing experience with the food. While the staff was very nice and service was fast, the meal itself just wasn't good. Even my kids, who are huge fried rice fans, didn't eat much. Note that parking is very cramped and they do not take credit cards (Cash or Interac only).

We go there often. Food is fine. Nothing crazy. Why do we go back? Cause service is crazy quick. Affordable too.

This place was great before - they are making too much money so now they literally don't care and make their loyal customers bend to their rules, they used to accommodate their clients when the prices were way more reasonable, now they will not deviate one iota from what their stubborn chefs in the back want and the waiters are scared to ask for anything different to how the chef's want to make YOUR food ... terrible!!!!... hopefully people will stop going, they will loose money and then realise they are in the service industry and have to try to cater to their clients and not make their clients get less for more, their beef is slimy and they mince it so much now, when you order the dishes with meat, they give you more onions and peppers etc than anything and even though the waiters and waitresses are excellent, the chefs / people or person running the place in the back is a stubborn person that will not change until they start to loose business ..

If you’re in the area, you must stop by Wing Fat. My go-to is the #96—the fried chicken strips with soya sauce (or something along those lines). Simple, but incredibly good and always hits the spot. The place is clean, the staff is nice and very efficient, and service is quick—perfect for both lunch or dinner. It’s also great for groups, and if I’m not mistaken, you can bring your own wine, which makes it even better. A really solid spot in the neighborhood. Definitely worth a stop.

The General Tao chicken is sweet and delicious, definitely a highlight. The Pad Thai and the Singapore noodles with shrimp were also very flavorful and satisfying. It’s a bit pricey, but that seems to be the case with most places these days. Overall a great option when you’re craving good Asian takeout.

Ordered on DoorDash 130$ of food and was missing one of the main dishes. We contacted DoorDash and they said the missing item couldn’t be refunded. We then contacted the restaurant explaining the situation and the girl on the phone was extremely unhelpful, said she couldn’t do anything and that we needed to contact DoorDash. We explained that DoorDash said the same thing and that it was THEIR mistake not DoorDash. We are regular customers here but usually always go in person. We even said if she could just leave a note and the next time we come eat in the restaurant we would take the missing plate but she refused every single solution and washed her hands with the problem and kept insisting to contact DoorDash even though we explained many times that we already did that and they said they couldn’t do anything

Customer service is a complete rip off. I ordered on DoorDash and there was a plate large beef noodles with vegetables missing there was nothing on the receipt. I requested a refund and door dash declined the refund and I called and the young rude lady said she couldn’t do anything not even replace the dish that was missing. I’ve been coming here for 8 years once or twice a month and I will never come back here. This place is gone downhill and it shows.. what kind of a restaurant doesn’t offer to replace a dish. I recorded the call and will follow through with making a report and follow them in any legal way I can, lost a customer for a 26$ plate of food. I will never step foot back in this restaurant and it’s a shame because the young man who’s one of the owners is always kind and his mother when she was working. Stay away from Here.
