Brought a customer from out west, Cage was full, decided to try this place. Worst decision. So embarrassing. Service 👎👎. Food 👎👎👎. Ambiance 👎👎👎👎. Please close your doors for good so that someone else doesn’t have to have my experience. Literally, the worst.

I dont usually leave reviews unless I had a very good or very bad experience. We order 2 types of wings and both were 4 flames out of 5. (Supposed to be very hot). They both were not at all spicy. I tasted the hot sauce and pretty sure both types had Franks red as the spicy source. Before we walked in, they had a poster on the wall saying the deals everyday of the week and when I asked the waitress about the Monday deal she said that the posters are expired and we could not have any deal of the sort and set it in a rude, insulting manner like if we were cheap and we had no idea what we're talking about. The waitress also gave us someone else's order at first, which was very similar. My wife had a wing and realized it wasn't our order, told the waitress and then she proceeded to give it to the other people with a missing wing it the plate! I could not believe my eyes. Overall, terrible experience and I do not plan on going back.

My friend and i ordered in the shop and after 30min of waiting, they gave my order to a uber driver. Mistake that they did, they ending making me wait 45min more to re do the whole order. I asked them if they can do something for the the fact that i have been waiting now for almost 2h.. Only answer they had was "if we do something for you, we'll have to do something for everyone".. As if it was normal for them to make clients wait 2h for mistakes they're doing.. Really bad experience and service.

I ordered food took extremely long I used the washroom extremely filthy the food I ordered was the triple when inwas done I had about one basket left over or chicken which we were not asked about instead the waitress threw our food in the garbage and charged us for it I will mever go here ever again all she had to say was well sorry I threw it out and still charged me

Wish I had something to say about the food or service…but we got none. We were sat at a table, waiting for someone to come over. After 20 minutes of waiting we decided to get up and leave… Spoiler alert: there was a ton of staff and only one other table occupied throughout the whole restaurant…
