Weinstein’s is the place to be in Montreal. The real highlight is the bar staff, especially Santiago, who makes every occasion feel special and personal. Nowhere else will you receive this kind of service. The food is excellent and reasonable. Thank you so much to all the W&G team. Will continue to come here for years to come - highly recommend!

My group and I had an amazing experience! We enjoyed our drinks and food a lot, and it was great quality food. Our server Tony was very kind, caring and made the evening entertaining and enjoyable 🤗 Great view as well of the nice city lights

Very nice upscale Italian restaurant. We had reservations for a group of 9. Great service. Complimentary bread with oil/balsamic and oil/pesto to start. We split a pizza. It was delicious. High quality ingredients. The infused chili oil was delicious but be careful...it's sneaky spicy. Overall great experience.

We went to Wienstein & Gavino’s to celebrate a birthday and had a great experience. The food was excellent, and we especially loved the calamari appetizer. The Pasta Sofia and the steak were also excellent, and the mojito was very refreshing. For dessert, the chocolate cheesecake was my favorite. The restaurant was quite busy, but the service was still very fast. Our appetizers and main dishes arrived quickly and everything was perfectly timed. A special thank you to our server, Meghan. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. She made us feel very welcome and took great care of us throughout the evening. Overall, the food, the service, and the atmosphere were all wonderful. We will definitely come back again!

Returning to W&G, we enjoyed a flavorful burrata bruschetta and incredibly cheesy mac & cheese. While the pesto pasta was good, the chicken felt bland. Sam provided great service, even recommending the homemade tiramisu. Overall, it remains a solid choice for a pleasant dining experience.

Not good for large groups. They made us wait for 40 minutes at the door for a table that was reserved in anticipation. We were stopped at the door saying the full party of 18 needed to be present to be seated. Twelve of us were present hoping to order drinks and apps while waiting for the person whose birthday we were celebrating. When asked to be seated instead of standing by the door, the manager was defensive of their policy instead of accommodating for us as the clients. It used to be a great place for large groups, with a reliable and speedy experience, but management is choosing to be less accommodating

The Mac and cheese was pretty good, and the Moscow mule was very good. The pizza however was really bad, the sauce too sweet. The pasta good tho

This place is perfect for birthday dinners with a big group of people!! We were all shocked on how good the food and cocktails were and the staff were very nice too. It can be too loud sometimes since this is a huge restaurant but overall very amazing place! I will definitely come back

It was my wife's birthday and let me tell you that they gave us the must horrible service ever. It took 45 min for the food to come on our table, and when it came none of them were cooked properly...we had to return my wife plate as well as my guest plate. When I complained to the manager about the long wait of our food, the only thing she did is to give us free drinks. Koodo to our waiter who looked very busy, I think he had to much table to cover...he was great and funny.

Really really good carbonara!!! I loved the waiter's choices. Also had the best tiramisu I've ever had, was legitimately holding back tears, it was the best I've ever tried

The food is simply not anything close to what Italian cuisine is! The ingredients are cheap and do not even taste close to anything you would expect from a place that is advertised as “Italian“. Disaster! Service and atmosphere are nice though.

Came here with friends and had an amazing experience. The service by Veijah was outstanding!! She was very friendly and we had such a great conversation with her, which made the visit even better. The portion was also larger than expected which is great! My friends' steak and lamb chops were cooked how they wanted and it was very tender. Would definitely come back again whenever I’m in Montreal!

I’ve been to W&G a few years ago and i liked it so decided to go back:) We ordered the burrata in bruschetta and i loved the mix of flavour! For the main dish, we had the pesto (+chicken) and mac&cheese. The pesto pasta was good but the chicken was bland. The m&c was also good and extremely cheesy. For dessert, we took the tiramisu as our server Sam told us it was homemade. I’m not a big tiramisu fan so it was decent. Overall, we had a great experience and great service!

Pasta was rich in flavor without being heavy. Caesar salad was great if you don’t enjoy fishiness. Happy with my choice of the house Cabernet Sauvignon.
