All around horrible. I went to wendys for a late night study meal and ordered a Daves single meal. The wait was over 15 minutes with uber eats all mobbing the front because the service was so slow. When I got my food they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich and fries with no drink, I told them that this was wrong despite it being my order number. The employee then kept saying I was wrong and that I messed up my order and talked down to me.. I know what I ordered and I checked my card and I was charged for a meal. I was so fed up with all of the delivery drivers crowding and the yelling drunks and the incompetent workers I just gave up and took the food. The worst part, I got the sandwich and it was the worst tasting thing ever, all of the vegetables on it were mushy and it tasted like someone regurgitated it before it got handed to me. Do not recommend, very unprofessional

The food quality was truly excellent; everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. The staff were respectful, professional, and made the whole experience even more pleasant. You can clearly feel the respect for customers in this restaurant. Thank you to the management and the wonderful team.

I've loved Wendy's forever. I love the burgers, love the fries... there aren't that many Wendy's franchises in the greater Montréal area. For a few weeks, I had to visit in and around the Guy-Concordia metro station so I stopped in a few times. Everytime, service was impeccable (I don't like those self-serve boards so I go straight to the counter) and my food was perfect. Most times, I have the Dave Double but also had the Baconator once. This place on Ste. Catherine Street is small so you might have a hard time sitting to eat in house but I was lucky. I thank all the employees who really work hard and are very efficient. I'll be back for sure when I am around that part of town.

Genuinely amazing staff! Got my order taken by Andrew and he was super nice and an absolute joy to talk to! Great vibes all around and the food quality was astounding! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it came out piping hot and the chicken was actually juicy and delicious! The baconator was incredible as always, and the fries were freshly fried and well seasoned! My favourite fast food place!!

The lettuce was wilted, despite asking my driver to confirm with the store that it would be fresh, and my attempt to call before placing my order did not go through, the voicemail inbox is full. Please fix your lettuce. If this occurs again, MAPAQ will be contacted.

For a fast food chain, they have tasty burgers and more than decent customer service(most of the time). I recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable and delicious burger downtown.
