HORRIBLE customer service. This is my first review I’ve left on anything in my life. Don’t speak English OR French. Have to Triple check your order. Don’t accept 50$. Don’t give back appropriate change. Don’t have a number for corporate. Don’t have a contact for owner. Place is a circus.
Very unprofessional staff they don’t even know what customer service means including Manager as well.

Friendly staff, I was given a free Frosty to apologize for making a mistake on my order. The chicken burger was great.
Well organized and understand the situation
Too slow. Very disorganized place. People there bunch or people no one knows who is doing what. Task for people not clear they do not know their duty who is doing what who duty is what. 1 high for food prep, 1 person for window service, 1 for cash, 1 person for deliveries task should assigned. Bunch of people just running around but 0 productivety. This is insane, !!!!
