Burger , fries and a Coke. Burger was warm but the fries were cold and the drink was flat, the drink machine dispensed almost room temperature liquid and it had no ice to add to the drink. When the manager was told this she immediately replaced the drink with a well carbonated and ice filled one, the fries were replaced with hot fries. The burger was warm but not really hot but we decided not to change it. The interior had no decor and seemed to be missing tables. No ambiance. The place was almost empty of customers but after waiting for the order I couldn’t understand why it took so long to produce it. Felt like 15 minutes and no orders were placed before us

So it’s the second time I come to Wendy’s with my family and every time we order a 2combo of something and other things,the workers don’t listen to what we say and when we say something is missing we have to repay it these workers don’t listen and last time we got Wendy’s it was at home we saw they forgot something

HORRIBLE customer service. This is my first review I’ve left on anything in my life. Don’t speak English OR French. Have to Triple check your order. Don’t accept 50$. Don’t give back appropriate change. Don’t have a number for corporate. Don’t have a contact for owner. Place is a circus.

Too slow. Very disorganized place. People there bunch or people no one knows who is doing what. Task for people not clear they do not know their duty who is doing what who duty is what. 1 high for food prep, 1 person for window service, 1 for cash, 1 person for deliveries task should assigned. Bunch of people just running around but 0 productivety. This is insane, !!!!
