I come to this Wendy’s often and every time theirs issues usually multiple, and today was no different. I ordered the club ranch Asiago and asked for extra pickles, we even heard the cashier confirming with the kitchen to add the pickles while they were making it, and it came without pickles which in itself isn’t the worst issue as it’s an easy fix but it’s the fact it was confirmed multiple times yet still not put on the burger, they also put an abondance of mayo on the sandwich when it doesn’t even come with mayo it is literally in the name that it comes with ranch. We got chicken nuggets that were cold stale and hard and had clearly been sitting out for a long time, and got none of the sauces for those and for the French toast sticks, as well as a frosty coffee drink that was not mixed in the slightest and was just atrocious. The guy that looked to be the manager or supervisor was also loudly talking so badly to the poor cashier and him and another oerson who seemed to also be a boss we’re treating to poor kid so badly I genuinely felt so bad for him as it felt like they were bagging on him for their mistakes when he wasn’t even the one making the food, and was truly so respectful when we had to come up multiple times with all the issues. I usually don’t like to make reviews but after coming here so often and every single time having multiple issues with my orders I felt like this review is warranted. I don’t think I would come back to this location as I haven’t went once without issues with my order and it’s more often than not multiple issues not just one or 2.
