3 orders were on the board yet somehow it took 20 minutes to receive my food. 2/4 employees were on their phones and the orders were moving abnormally slowly. Usually at 8pm the service should be fast.

Was watching my grandkids and they wanted Wendy's for supper, placed the order total of $76.00. Got the order, checked the bag there was just a burger and poutine, got the driver's attention he told me to call the restaurant. The grandkids were hungry. After multiple attempts someone finally answered the phone and told me the manager will call back, never got the call. So I ordered elsewhere. What I don't understand, my order was big and no one checks before sending it out.

It’s a Wendys, of course it’s good. What makes this place my favourite was the fact that I had a problem involving my car right next to the establishment, and 2 people inside the building took the time out of their evening to help me and my sister stuck in the cold while asking nothing in return. I will never forget their kindness

How is it possible that the fries come dry and cold and the breakfast sandwich is cold and tasteless as well when I live 5 mins away and my order came in under 20 minutes. Clearly you packaged old food. It’s not the first time his happens too, I thought it was a coincidence at first but it’s happened several times now specifically on the weekends I’m not sure why ? Last time I order from that place I’ve had enough. I ordered this morning at 8am how can you it breakfast be cold its not like I ordered at 10:30

Usually i have some pretty good things to say about this place but not this time i came to eat with my family he dint smile messed up our order he rolled his eyes and the bread was falling apart he dint smile once and even when we tried to encourage him he looked like he wanted to throw the food in our face but overall its usually good just not today the food overall was ok but there was just something off

Was served super old meat in my burgers, dry as rock bread. Everything heating lamp temperature, TONS of ice in my lemonade they filled up the glass with ice then filled the little space left with lemonade. No dressing for the salad, none of the instructions were followed for condiments, pecan and croutons missing from salad etc etc absolutely horrible service and experience. The man at the drive thru also insisted I need to go inside to my pick up my order when u was in the drive thru and not dressed to go out in the cold. This place has taken a nose dive from what it was. Never going again and neither should you.

This Wendy's location participates in deceptive sales practices. I was ordering a combo and the employee asked me "for your combo do you want it large or medium". Based on this I believed that medium was the normal combo size but in fact small was the normal size for combo. Both choices given were an upsale and small was not mentioned which is deceptive.

Really clean restaurant, really professional staff. I was really impressed by how manager (?) remade our whole order because there was an item from our order that took a bit more time than the others, and he said it was sitting there for too long. Never seen that kind of professionalism in a fast food restaurant here.
