they are charging a "Service fee" to customers, which manager has no idea about..... if you ask, theyll refund it.. why charge this anyway, i bet 99% of people dont notice it.. robbery at its finest.

Wow, just wow I’m honestly in shock I went to go order and the lady at the drive-through was crazy in the head. She was yelling like a demon was sitting in front of her the food wow wow the food even if I was starving, I would not eat this food. It gave me stomach pain pains

Where to start, lady at the drive through speaks in an insufferable manner almost like ordering was a drag, ordered 2 chicken wraps grilled, 3 of the honey tenders, 2 chicken sandwiches, almost 50$ worth, basically everything was wrong, at the window the guy told me no more tenders and he couldn’t return to me my money? I just wanted my money back could not give it to me, after 3 times asking, didn’t say anything took a chicken sandwich instead, arrived home the chili wasn’t a large, it was small and the 2 wraps were fried and crispy instead of grilled to top it all of it was a 15 minute wait at the drive through, we really have to do better guys pls!

Where to start absolutely one of the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to in my life man oh man, 27 minutes I calculated it had a timer on for a single order of french fries and a burger and they spilt my Sprite. Everywhere in the bag 20 fish are running around like a barrel. Unacceptable.

I don't know what Lourthunayaki's problem with me was, but she needs to work on being polite to the customer. She wouldn't move a muscle to hand me my order, and seemed to think I was doing Uber pickup for a customer, despite having told her my name and that the order was for me.

As soon as I was passed my drinks in the drive through they all went toppling over making a huge mess in my car. Your cup trays are not deep enough for any drinks that are bigger then a small. Wendy’s owe me a car wash, not to mention my pants are soaked too!
