Came in when there was no one inside or at the drive through. Ordered 2 combos. Waiting 15 minutes to hear the employee ask what is the baconator fries and if it was a real item on the menu, then couple minutes later realized they needed to put fries in the oil. They seemed confused as to what they needed to put in the bag, checking the order screen and the bag repeatedly. Staff offered a frosty for the verylong wait time. But total wait time was over 20 minutes with just us inside and eventually 1 car in the drive through.

Worst Wendy’s. Second Time I go now and i wait over 15 minutes in the drive thru my food. They make you pull up into 1 of two spots at the end of the drive thru and this time there were so many cars waiting I couldnt even pull up. 0 stars

Drive through. Asked for no cheese , gave me cheese , when I came back saying they made a mistake they wouldn’t take the cheese or make me a new one unless I had a allergy to cheese , I DO!! I can’t eat cheese at all and then scrapped it off when I asked for a new one. Staff was rude, unprofessional, burgers were cold. Waited 10 minutes for my order, and they got it wrong and it was cold, skin falling off the nuggets before I even touch it. NEVER coming back I suggest everyone goes to the Mcdonald’s next door instead.

If I could give a zero stars, I would. Took ages to get our breakfast order and the restaurant was empty. Don't waste your money getting a frosty-ccino, they literally make you an iced coffee and say it's a frosty-ccino. Customer service was cold and impersonal. Avoid if you can. Edit: Messed up order on top of all that
