Walter Bistro is a hidden gem located on Fleury Street. First impressions are mostly positive. Service was impeccable and the food was solid. I started with a fried halloumi salad and then had the pizza, both dishes were good. My wife had the arugula salad with chicken. My friend had the French onion soup and burger. I would recommend Walter Bistro, I wouldn’t have people rushing there but it’s a good option on any given night.
