The reviews are very mixed, but most comments are negative and mainly mention poor customer service, a lack of organization, and often unpleasant service. Several customers also report cleanliness issues, unclear pricing, and inconsistent product quality, especially at the butcher counter and for prepared dishes. A few people do mention good service and good meat quality at times. Overall, the place seems to offer a very uneven experience, with a significant risk of disappointment.

When you call to ask a question, the dummies answering the phone are arrogant and not helpful whatsoever.
