Had a great time here. Our server, Ludovic, was wonderful. The filet mignon literally melts in your mouth, and the truffle fries were perfect.

The food was terrible and the staff were rude and unhelpful. They forgot about my friend and handed out QR codes asking for 5-star reviews. They even handed out extra dessert to those who complied. The food was bland and variously burnt and undercooked. The green beans were soggy and the fries were awful.

enjoyed my meal and would recommend the pasta, atmosphere was really nice, waiters were really polite and fun especially gale and alex. my friends weren’t a fan of the steak meal, but they didn’t get much of a choice since this is a school trip, so make sure you ask for how you want your steak done. apologies to alex i hope you have a good day

I came with my tourist group for dinner and had the pasta. Don’t get me wrong the pasta and the cake was probably the best I’ve had in the days I’ve been here, but there was a certain server who came up to our table at the beginning and asked us to leave him a 5 star review. I found it quite innapropraite because 1-our audience had teens in it. 2-we haven’t even started our meal 3-later, he called people out for leaving a bad review (which wasn’t even us?!) 4-he took my friends phone out of her hand and put in a five star review . I think asking at the end would’ve been more appropriate. Also there was a middle school group beside us and he did the same thing!!! For portions-My friends steak was pretty charred but my other friends steak was medium rare. Also as well there was not the same amount of fries per person. Gael was pretty cool though! I love the atmosphere and suprisingly had a great time. Im so sorry for the ruckus 🥲🙏.

Nice atmosphere, the staff there were fantastic and I enjoyed my food. I tried the flambe grand marnier creme Bruce, it was nice but I think it was one and done.

The servers had a terrible attitude; I was there with a tour group, but when we reached the reserved area most all seats were taken. Me and my friends were totally fine with getting split up, but the attitude the staff took was unnecessarily rude and curt. Me and my friend had planned on sharing the only empty chair left, but they kicked me out and said “You cannot be served if you do not have your own chair”. They reassured me they would get another chair but then promptly forgot about me, and I had to ask a chaperone to get me one as both the waiters and manager were preoccupied. When me and my friends were finally situated at very cramped tables, they offered three options but the waiter was incredibly unclear in the way he had us choose (initially listed three, but then asked people to pick between two and the noise level was so loud that almost all of us at the table could not hear his instructions that anyone who did not choose one of the two would get the third option). I chose the chicken, which came with green beans and french fries. The chicken was dry, tough, and bland; the fries were dry and flavorless. Others reported the steak was unevenly cooked, and the green beans were also bland and soggy. Overall, the attitude of the staff there was unhelpful, unfriendly, and the food was not up to par.
