So yesterday I prepaid for my order and I told the person who took my order how much of a tip I would like to leave for the delivery driver and they decided to charge a higher amount without notice. Also they said delivery would be within 40 minutes and they took well over an hour. Finally the 2/3s of the general tao sauce that comes separate from the chicken leaked out of the container in the bag. Just horrible
