I have a complaint about the Valentine Store at Carrefour Angrignon in Montreal. I walked up and showed the woman at the register that I wanted to order the grilled cheese value combo on my phone app. She told me they didn't have value combos. I told her that I can order it on the app at this store so I should be able to order it with her. She said they didn't have it. So I ordered it online and when she got the order she was annoyed and told me that she told me not to order it online because they don't have it. I told her that Valentine already had my money. She said that it's my fault for ordering and not her problem. Finally, the hot dog guy made my order. This is the second time this store gave me a problem ordering a value combo. I shouldn't have to argue to order what is clearly available on the app and can be ordered online at this store!
