Generally ok but you guys did not update your ‘temporarily closed ‘ status early enough. I drove 45 mins with my kid based on this place being open but to my surprise when I got there it was shut down and some random person told me it was moving . Not too happy about that.

My family and I have been coming to this place for 3 years now and it never disappoints. From the floating sessions to the offered classes, my kids always have so much fun. Such a great place for playdates!

I paid $33 for 1 adult and 2 kids and the place is definitely not worth the price. I'm disappointed with the service and the place! I will never ever go back there again.they start turning off the lights at 1h15!!! And tidying up at 1h20 the toys and telling us " We close at 2" we just felt like they wanted us 2 leave Asap and we disnt felt welcome af all there was another young man who was sweeping thr floor around 1pm ...if I can put zero start I would I do not recommend this place !!

My kids love this place so much! The toys are amazing, it’s always clean, the little cafe is so good. Such a good place to unwind for moms while your kids play. 10/10 recommend

I had a bad customer service experience here with the photoshoot. I would not recommend it to a friend. My personal experience here reflected a highly commercial center with lack of attention to customer satisfaction.

Paid 33$ per child for what was supposed to be a kpop demon hunter SHOW. Instead it was a workout with only one of the kpop demon hunters that my kid did not enjoy and watched on the sidelines because he was promised a show not a workout. No one told us to dress the kids for a workout or to bring water. And no other “activities” with the show like they had advertised. Rip off

Honestly the worst place I've seen so far. I received a gift card 1 year ago the buyer bought it from.momtreal.which closed down. At laval they have asked for the receipt and I kindly asked the person who bought it for the receipt and when we got there they told us that we can't use it coz it was bought at montreal.as if it is another company and to use we have to buy the 10 sessions for 450$ and pay 300$ does it make sense ?? Obliging me to buy the 10sessions?? Why they can validate it if I buy 10 sessions and they can't validate it to use it for 3 sessions? Very unprofessional and dirty place not even worth the gift card. And the person who was there was very rude and the manager or owner whatever is so opportunist l. NOT REDOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!!!
