Their locations are consistent in quality across the country. I first tried Uncle Tetsu in Toronto and am glad I have a location near me in my new city. The Japanese Cheesecake standard.
Loved the cake, freshly cooked and warm from the oven and not too sweet. Packaging was awesome too. The lady who served us was kind, helpful and polite. Will definitely try again.

The cheesecake and tarts are as good as ever. I tried their matcha egg tart as well and it was phenomenal (I generally don’t even like matcha).
I recently picked up a Japanese cheesecake from this bakery for a New Year’s celebration, and it was an absolute hit. We decided to take a chance and make it our “first-time” New Year’s cake, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The texture was unbelievably light and fluffy, the flavor perfectly balanced, and every bite felt special. Our guests loved it, and it truly added something memorable to the celebration. Thank you for crafting such a delicious dessert, it definitely didn’t disappoint and has earned a spot in our future celebrations.
