We had a perfect dinner with our group of 7 people. Everything was delicious and they were very receptive to our group’s dietary needs!

We basically ordered most of the menu. I tried several vegan options, and they were really good—the grilled mushrooms were a standout. Portions are generous and very filling. The octopus wasn’t great, but according to my friend, the sashimi and tatakis were excellent. The service was a bit disappointing at the beginning, but it improved. We ended up speaking with the owner at the end, and she was very kind, which helped leave a better impression. Overall, the food was good. Street parking available.
Great cocktails and service

First time going there and honestly one of the best ramen i had so far and the staff are super friendly to
The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, with pleasant décor and very friendly, attentive staff. Service was quick and the team was welcoming throughout the visit. However, the food was somewhat disappointing. The beef and lamb were quite overcooked and lacked flavor, so most of the taste came from the sauces rather than the meat itself. The chicken also seemed lightly seasoned, again relying mainly on the sauce for flavor. The shrimp tempura was overly fried, which made it feel more like eating very crispy batter with a hint of shrimp rather than shrimp tempura. Other dishes were decent, but nothing particularly memorable. Overall, the food is perfectly edible, but it may not meet expectations if you’re looking for very flavorful or high-quality dishes.

Amazing food, fun drinks, all well-presented. We will be back, for sure!
ThAnd snow my kind of Japanese restaurant- no sushi at n the menu! Sure they have sashimi, and nothing against sushi per se - when it’s done as a high level food experience (almost never in the west), it’s excellent; usually, it’s fast food. In this down tempo At Denis eatery their menu has a huge array of fair priced appetizers that are more than filling (and perfect for sharing) as well as ramen and bao and larger plates. Their sake based cocktails and large selection of sake are impressive. And highly recommended are the grilled oyster mushrooms. For me, attention to detail is what takes this place to another level - no ice in the water they serve you, the miso soup is dark, food is sometime served on long wooden planks for large groups. Awesome!
