Je vais rédiger mon commentaire en anglais puisque la dame qui appartient ce restaurant ne parle pas un mot de français. This is the second time I visit this location. The first experience was terrible, but I told myself that maybe it was just a one off, and I would give them another chance. I had called 3 weeks prior to Mother's Day to make reservations. The lady told me that we couldn't make reservations after 10:30 and before 12:30, therefore I picked 10:30, for a party of 6. We knew it was going to be busy on Mother's Day, but the restaurant also should have known and planned accordingly. We waited 45 minutes for the waitress to take our order + another 1.5 hours for the food. We were literally shaking from hunger when we finally complained. And instead of giving her staff a hand to get plates out faster, or taking some orders, the owner was walking around with a plate of chocolate strawberries to hand them out. When we did complain, we were told that they had gotten a lot of reservations, and lots of people were coming in, but that shouldn't be our problem. That should be planned for accordingly as previously mentioned. To top it all off, once the food did arrive, they didn't even get our orders right. Won't be going there again ever!!

Food still isn’t here after an hour and waitresses ignored us on multiple occasions.

Never coming back, Waited over 45 minutes for food because the waiter forgot our order. Had to ask two times for water, had to ask three different times to get coffee. Was not busy at all.

Service is always extremely slow. We had one good experience and then several bad ones. For the second time we received a banner of bread with a napkin that had pen marks on it.

Rude customer service, left me on hold for 8 minutes then proceeded to hand up, when I brought this up upon calling myself again, she began to go on a rant and wasn’t helpful at all in my request. I won’t be coming to eat here, learn how to speak to customers. Busy or not, that’s not my problem there’s a way to talk.
