The food, ambiance, and the people behind it were amazing! I took my vegetarian friends there who were visiting from the States and they can’t stop gushing about what a gem this place turned out to be! The waitress Rania was beyond personable and an amazing singer who sang some classic Bollywood songs during our visit and we were amazed by the talent! The interiors were curated particularly around yoga and Indian culture, both of which were highly appreciated by my visiting friends.Definitely worth a visit, especially if you’ve vegetarian/vegan food preferences!

My partner and I went for lunch, for the first time and we were so impressed with the vibe! Very relaxing music and our server (Raina) was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back!

A wonderful experience at Tula! I visited Tula in Montreal today and ordered the brunch platter — it was incredibly tasty. The flavors instantly reminded me of my mom’s and grandmother’s cooking back home in India. There’s a true homemade touch to the food that feels comforting and authentic. The owner is also exceptionally friendly and instantly connects with customers. His warmth and hospitality made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for delicious food with a homestyle feel and great service, Tula is absolutely worth a visit.

We finally had the chance to enjoy a meal at Tula this evening, and we were truly blown away! The food, which is entirely vegan and 99% gluten free, was extremely flavourful and offers something for everyone. But the most wonderful part was the service -- without a doubt the best service we've experienced in Montreal (we have been fortunate to try many restaurants across the city). The owner, server, and all of the staff genuinely care and check in to ensure you are satisfied. I can't wait to go back and will proudly recommend this to family and friends! Thank you so much, Tula!

The welcome was so warm and they accommodated us even though the kitchen was about to close for the afternoon. The food was delicious and all the staff were excellent. I highly recommend it.

The gregarious owner Abhi's passion for food is infectious and really shines through. He took the time to carefully and thoughtfully explain everything on the menu. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating the menu. The food is tasty and all plant based of course. But what really blew my mind are the magical cocktails, which were out of this world excellent. We went to some of the best cocktail bars in Montreal — honestly, Tula could hold it's own against pretty much most of them. Such skillfully crafted drinks which tasted so good! The owner was so, so nice. They way he conversed with us, we felt more like old friends at his home than clients at a restuarant.

Despite being very busy when I popped in for lunch today, Tula has a very peaceful vibe. I had the Bombay Sandwich and Chai. Both were delicious! Brenda gave wonderful, friendly service. I will be back!

Absolutely love this place. Will keep coming back. This restaurant really brings the regional nuances in Indian cuisine, to the wider public. Very few restaurants even in India are near this level. Main course: jackfruit biryani & sweet potato noodles were the highlights For desserts: don't miss the gulkand panacotta. P.S: Abhishek is great with customers. You'll certainly remember your conversation with him

When I entered Tula tonight with my family of 6, the owner Abhi and server Ranya welcomed us like friends, and presented their menu with passion, pride and Excitement. We went all in, and took 9 different dishes! It was all delicious, aromatic, balanced, creative and made with dedication. We discovered interesting textures, aromas, and complex flavours with dimension together. We also, all enjoyed talking with our hosts about food, travel, people, and life during our visit. It was a fun experience and we loved the food. Sure to go again! 💯

I had a fantastic lunch Thali at Tula. The combinations are great and wholesome. Abhishek is also a great host who shared many other preparations that are in the making. Will surely stop by the next time I am in Montreal!
