Beautiful place and great food. I had their special beef garlic mazemen and it was seriously so good. Hope it stays on the menu for a while!

Food is very average at best. Their vegan broth wasn’t the best. Chicken Katsu is average. Was room temperature. Mango cheesecake was a pleasant shock though.

Definitely a hidden Montreal gem that deserves more recognition. Ramen is amazing, sides as well and drinks. Only slight complaint which isn't enough to knock it down a star, the ramen can be a touch hotter. Otherwise, perfect.

The food is delicious, the staff are friendly, and the decor is beautiful. They have the place decorated with Sakura trees, Japanese paintings, and Mario. I recommend the chicken goma.

I ordered the bowl of rice and fried chicken it was good but for the price they did not fill the bowl..and they offered ony rice..i found that was a bit cheap on their part. You buy poke bowls else where its cheaper just as tasty and the bowl are filled to the top to the point where one bowl is share two people...and it has a variety of vegetables. Not sure I'll order again especially with the cost of food..you need to order from restaurants that you get your money's worth. 😞Disappointed

Updating my review from 5 stars to 3 stars after our visit yesterday. We ordered the same dish we previously liked, but the meat came out pale with an odd texture. Even after bringing it up and getting a second plate, the quality didn’t improve. The waitress was helpful, and the dish was removed from the bill, which we appreciate. However, consistency matters, and based on this experience, we won’t be coming back.

Everytime we come here, we have a great experience - the food is always fresh, the staff, although understated, is welcoming and attentive and the vibe is serene, with a mouth-watering smell throughout. Highly recommend the Katsu curry plate, Kyuri and Ebi fry among other things, but you'll enjoy whatever you pick. Special mention to the Yuzu beer - a refreshing twist on a classic selection. All in all, can't recommend this place enough. Good thing there are multiple locations throughout the city.

A formidable contender to Yokato Yokabai on Saint Laurent! I find the restaurant to have more variety and offers dishes that really introduces new experience for your taste buds. Its Goma Salmon and Ika Age (deep-fried calamari) are to die for. The chef was very generous. The Goma Salmon dish is supposed to only come with four pieces of salmon but the chef gave us five pieces each and they were very delicious. The only thing that I would mention is that if you have small children eating this dish, be sure to cut the salmon into smaller pieces for them as the salmon pieces are soaked in sauces and they can become very slippery and can be a potential choking hazard especially for small children or anybody who have reflex issues. We took the original Chatsu Tonkotsu ramen noodles with pork. The noodles is silky smooth and all of the toppings especially the egg all taste exquisitely. They don't overwhelm your taste buds but they slowly immerses your taste buds in its rich flavours leaving you wanting for more. And don't be fooled by the bowl size. It's VERY filling. The Sakura and the Japanese painting in the decorations is just beautiful. Be sure to bring your camera and make sure it's charged cuz you will be taking lots of photos.
