Quaint little restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised. The dishes were all very tasty and I also enjoyed the mango lassie. The waitress was very sweet and attentive asking us what spice level we preferred for each dish. Mild is truly mild and every dish was flavourful. We were having a meal out to celebrate our anniversary and after our dinner the lovely waitress surprised us with a delicious dessert. She was truly very kind. And we wish her a happy birthday! The service was very good, the meal delicious and plentiful, (took home the rest for another serving tomorrow). We will definitely be back to try more dishes on the menu. This is our new little find.

I'm looking forward to having the occasional weekly dinner at Tru India. I've been there multiple times, and it’s truly an amazing spot that offers great food at an affordable price. The tandoor dishes are a definite must-try! The curries and breads are also outstanding. They serve a complimentary gulab jamun, which really shows how much they care about their guests and quality of service.

wow just wow. we looked for a last minute indian restaurant (i was craving a butter chicken) let me tell you my expectations have been blown out of the water. that first bite with the cheese naan really made my dopamine go off. reaaaally recommend to anyone and i will come back (every week possibly) they cooked and we left no crumbs

Took take out order of paneer tikka masala garlic naan and paneer pakoda! I have never seen garlic naan in montreal like this was soft even after getting cold ! Paneer Tikka masala perfect spice level and no extra oil ! People need to try it !
