Em…… be fair, I know what I was expecting when having any kind of food in tourist zone in Quebec, and I know the owner is a Japanese, and I lived in Japan, so….. not all Japanese people can make Japan quality ramen. Sorry, but probably the owner should go back to Japan more frequently to find the Japanese ramen memory back. What I had here was definitely not Japanese ramen, at least not from Tokyo or Osaka. ざんねん！

今回はわざわざ来てくださりありがとうございました。お口に合わなかったようで残念ですが、特に醤油ラーメンは、私が子供時代、岩手の寒いスキー場ですすった懐かしい味です。今は日本だけでなく世界にも地方やお店により様々に凝った味がありますね。ラーメンも多様性の時代のようです。
