We stopped in today after seeing several TikToks about this café and checking out their website, which made it look like a great place to visit. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t live up to the hype. When we arrived, the café was fairly empty, yet there was no one at the service counter. We waited close to ten minutes before anyone even noticed we were there, and were just about to leave when an employee finally came out. The drinks themselves were disappointing. I ordered the Lucky Charms latte, which sounded fun in theory but fell flat in execution. I wasn’t given a spoon to scoop the cereal from the top, and as it sat, the cereal absorbed into the drink and turned into unpleasant, slimy chunks. The coffee itself tasted low quality—similar to what you’d expect from a continental breakfast at a budget hotel. My husband ordered a lemon fizz drink, which was very small for the price and not particularly memorable. Overall, it’s a shame, because the marketing and concept are strong, but the service, quality, and value didn’t match expectations. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
