The Avocado toast was a fantastic portion and so delicious. Chai latte was the best I had in the city.

During my visit, I ordered two coffees for a total amount of $17. The service was provided by an employee who appeared to be new, accompanied by a colleague wearing glasses. Unfortunately, an error occurred and my order was mixed up. I politely approached the employee to explain that the coffees did not match my order. Unfortunately, his attitude was very unpleasant and unprofessional: he interrupted me to serve another customer and responded in a disrespectful manner. Despite the mistake, he insisted that someone should still take one of the two coffees, which is unacceptable considering that I had paid for specific items. He then attempted to remake one of the coffees, but despite my clarification that it needed to be iced, he prepared a hot coffee instead. Given the repeated errors and the incorrect preparation of my order, I requested a refund via Interac, which was the original method of payment. The employee asked me to insert and then remove my card, but I never received the $17 refund. Additionally, I have tried calling multiple times without any answer, and I also sent an email to head office but have not received any response. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this location.

It is a pleasant bubble in a suburb that is a bit ugly. The staff is amazing and wonderful. The ladies I met on Saturday April 18 gave an excellent service. One managed to keep the place calm and peaceful after a man came to make issues. To whomever is the manages this wonderful lady: she is gold and you are privileged to have her

Very accommodating baristas for dietary restrictions/picky eaters, great service and prices, the ambiance is cozy with many seats, I will definitely come back!
