Hubby and I just got off the plane. We like to look for places to eat that we do not get to eat at when we are back at home in Alberta. We were warmly welcomed by Gabriel, who sat us a table of our choice quickly and briefed about the menu. Very knowledgeable and friendly, he recommended we try the kangourou. We started off dinner with the tuna tataki and escargot. It was delicious. We were excited to try as per Gabriel’s suggestion the Kangourou. We decided to share the 3 meats. 3 oz of each elk, filet mignon and of course the kangourou ( extra 3 oz of this one ) with sushi and it did not disappoint! The texture and delicate taste of the roll was just perfect. 👌🏻 Then for dessert, this deep fried ice cream sandwich coated in graham crackers with caramel, whipped cream and strawberries was the perfect end to one of the best culinary experience we have had in Gatineau EVER!! Will be back sooner than later to try other items of their menu. 💯 recommend!
