This Tim's is located in a very tight spot, the drive thru feels like you're in a back alley. I have been here a few times and the drinks are always disgusting.
Reviews / Ratings for Tim Hortons
My family and I moved to the area one year ago, and we visit this Tim Hortons very frequently. Throughout this time, I have remained patient despite numerous frustrating experiences, including rude interactions from team members despite always being friendly myself, frequent order inaccuracies, food that was sometimes inedible, long unnecessary wait times after being asked to park for small orders in the drive-thru, and repeated shortages of popular items such as Smile Cookies and even ice for iced coffee. I have overlooked these issues many times, but my recent experience during Smile Cookie week was particularly upsetting. Every year, purchasing Smile Cookies is a tradition for my family, and my 3-year-old son especially looks forward to it. On Friday, May 1st, I took him to your location, where he excitedly saw the Smile Cookies displayed in the showcase. However, when we received his cookie, it was carelessly decorated with white icing and barely resembled a smile at all. As a parent, it was heartbreaking to see how disappointed he was. I didn’t want to make the situation worse for him by returning to complain in front of him, so instead I tried to comfort him by saying every smile is different. Still, seeing his excitement turn into sadness was incredibly upsetting. Beyond my personal experience, this is also concerning because Smile Cookies are intended to support local charities. When these products are poorly prepared, it discourages customers from participating in what should be a positive fundraiser. I have since spoken with neighbors who shared similar experiences, which suggests this may be an ongoing issue. Loyal customers should be able to expect better service, better quality, and greater care—especially during charitable campaigns meant to bring joy to families and children. I sincerely hope management addresses these recurring problems to improve both customer experience and product quality at this location.
This place is jokes I am not a Tim Hortons supporter by all means but if my husband or mom go I’ll have a decalfe three sweetener 3 cream as I am diabetic now being that I am a previous employee of Tim Hortons it is not that complex to make a coffee let me tell you this Tim Hortons mess my order up every single time guaranteed, when you ask for a manager you get attitude and told there isn’t one, the person working tonight was a completely unprofessional and should not be working in customer service at all. They need to bring back the training and teach all employees how to properly make a coffee.
Fastest drive thru I have ever seen.
The service is worse than bad; it's like a garbage dump. There's no respect for the customers. If priority is given drive thru, what is a customer supposed to do when they enter the restaurantif he doesn'thavea car ? There isn't a single clean table and there is no smile cookies i hope if the head office saw the review find solution with management
Service here is not good. I waited at the window 10 min while the owner was inside scrolling on his phone, eventually I drove without my order. The most un Tim Hortons spirit
Terrible service. Waiting 20 minutes for service in the middle of the day. No one cares
I visited the Tim Hortons at 3184 Du Quai Ave in Wendover on Thursday around 4:20 PM and had a disappointing experience. When I arrived, I waited about 5–10 minutes without being acknowledged, while drive-through customers were being served. After placing my order, I received my coffee without sugar. When I went back to ask for it to be corrected, instead of making a new coffee, the employee added sugar to my already used cup. What concerned me more was that the same spoon used to stir my coffee was then used to stir another customer’s drink. This raised hygiene concerns, and overall the service was not up to standard. I hope the management addresses both customer service and cleanliness at this location.
Great & friendly service 😊
They don’t have anything. Everything was out practically
9 times out of 10 they don’t have any food at 10:00, tonight I drove from Curran to get a coffee and HOPEFULLY a snack before work and they were CLOSED!!!!!!!! This location needs to get their priorities straight!!!!!!!!!!! Not impressed
I walked in mid-morning. I was the only one in the restaurant, but there was a few cars in the drive through being served. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes waiting for one of the staff to take my order, but nobody did, so I walked out. 🤷♂️ I guess they don’t serve customers in the restaurant if there is anyone at the drive-through.
Pizza is good, donuts are always hard, we dont buy them anymore. I dont appreciate attitude when they mess up my order, and when we go in the store to order we are greeted by depression cases. We gave given this location alot of chances and we are not impressed at all.
This review is long overdue but want to thank a employee by the name of Amine. 2 weeks ago I walked one mile in a blizzard to get to this Tim's. I had a dead phone, freezing and was having the worst day. I asked if I could borrow a phone and this employee Amine not only set me up with a charger but offered me a hot coffee. When I said yes to the coffee but said I would pay he told me not to worry and coffee was on them. He could tell I was having a very hard time and did everything to help me and make me feel better. I want to thank him because he made me realize there are still very kind, good people in this crazy world and I was very grateful that he was there when I needed some help. I congratulate this Tim's for hiring such a nice man and again Amine thanks so much from the woman who was very grateful you were there that day .
The employees will give you extra timbits if you ask and are polite but it takes a while
Don’t stop at this location if: you are in a rush (slowest service i have ever seen in a Tims) and if you don’t want to repeat yourself 3 times at the drive thru. Sigh.
I go there a lot, closer to where I live... The people are friendly, and I went inside once or twice and it's a clean place, too... Sometimes it can be expensive, but I still like going there.
