We were served yesterday’a donuts. They were dry and stale. At other locations I have never had an issue with stale donuts. We had one bite and threw them back in the bag.

They never have any chilli ready and this time we come and the pizza oven is not working. This location is a complete disaster and has been for years. It needs some quality control.

Our order was unfortunately completely incorrect. It took 20 minutes to get a bagel and a wrap. The bagel wasnt toasted, the wrap was supposed to be scrambled egg and it wasnt. Overall not great.

Out of 10 time I stop here they mess up my order at least 6 times and never understand me whether I speak French or English. Ive very frustrating plus ive been over charged a few times now without noticing till later that day.

Ordered two donuts and two french vanillas. The donuts had a bit of mold on it and the rainbow candy looked melted and was falling off in chunks. The french vanillas didn't even taste good nor similar to what it's supposed to taste like.

This Tim’s is very hit or miss. Sometimes they’re great but sometimes they’re super slow

Took 30 minutes to tell me that they were out of Bacon. And then took another 10 minutes to make my order. I had asked multiple times if they were making my order before they told me they were out of it.

The restaurant is horribly dirty, no toilet paper. Tables are sticky and dirty, and as soon as they hear English they start mocking and making fun of us. Absolutely horrible experience
