Went for a french vanilla this morning, the guy took my change, gave me my drink and then waited till i drove away. Listen, i would be HAPPY to let you have the change, but he didn’t even asked, or gave it back. We’re not required to leave a tip especially when a machine made my drink, im happy too tho. Do better

I really enjoy coming to this Tim Hortons. The team working on weekends is excellent. The teenagers working there are friendly and bring a positive energy while still taking their jobs seriously. I never have to wait long to place my order because staff members are always attentive and ready to help. They are very patient and clearly show that they care about their work. It always makes for a great experience.

Absolutely horrendous. While returning home from work, my husband and I decided to buy two iced lattes from our nearby Tim Hortons. Upon ordering, the girl taking our order responded with hostility and kept asking us if we were done ordering every two seconds. During the payment process, the young girl was unconcerned and rudely told my husband to "just hurry up and pay" and to "quit mumbling and speak louder". We expressed our displeasure and requested to speak with her manager. When the manager arrived, she refused to apologize for her employee’s rude and disrespectful behaviour towards customers who had been nothing but polite and respectful towards her. Hopefully, this serves as a warning to prevent others of becoming victim of her disgusting attitude.

The food tasted how it should usually taste , nothing special , nothing different. Now a certain employee named Selena was very polite, and knows how to greet you, she was nice and she’s super pretty. She made my coffee time efficient and it tasted incredible!! I definitely will be going back under Selena’s service. The other times I went , the employees were quite slow, and not friendly. One guy also turned around and spoke a different language to someone else , it was very obvious they were talking bad about me , most likely over the fact I have a speech impediment.

Last Saturday, they messed up my order two times. I ordered French vanilla in the front, and they gave wrong coffee to me. Then I went to the window and they messed up again. Then I went to the drive thru for the third time and they started misbehaving like it was my fault.very poor service.

I often get timbits or donuts with a hot chocolate here before a shift and they’ve never once messed up and order even asking me to pick out my timbits and making sure they gave me the right ones I wanted something I rarely see I Tim Hortons. The hot chocolate is always perfect and I’ve honestly never had anything bad to say about this place not to mention I’ve never waited longer than 5-10 minutes for my order!

This is by far one of the worst Tim Hortons experiences I’ve had. The service is beyond unacceptable. The drive-thru employee, Yasmine, couldn’t even take a basic order correctly and then had the nerve to go to the back and accuse me of lying. I remained calm, patient, and respectful the entire time, even though the place wasn’t busy at all. I was left sitting at the drive-thru with no response for over 5 minutes. No greeting, no “please wait,” nothing. That’s basic customer service, and they failed completely. To make matters worse, when I reported this to the manager, he couldn’t have cared less. He was dismissive, unbothered, and extremely unprofessional. No apology, no attempt to fix the situation, no accountability whatsoever. This location clearly has serious issues with staff attitude and management. If you expect even basic respect or competence, avoid this Tim Hortons entirely for their service. The place is nice however seemed newly renovated.
