The food tasted how it should usually taste , nothing special , nothing different. Now a certain employee named Selena was very polite, and knows how to greet you, she was nice and she’s super pretty. She made my coffee time efficient and it tasted incredible!! I definitely will be going back under Selena’s service. The other times I went , the employees were quite slow, and not friendly. One guy also turned around and spoke a different language to someone else , it was very obvious they were talking bad about me , most likely over the fact I have a speech impediment.

I tend to go in mid-morning. Their staff is great here. Their front area is always nice and clean.

Last Saturday, they messed up my order two times. I ordered French vanilla in the front, and they gave wrong coffee to me. Then I went to the window and they messed up again. Then I went to the drive thru for the third time and they started misbehaving like it was my fault.very poor service.
I often get timbits or donuts with a hot chocolate here before a shift and they’ve never once messed up and order even asking me to pick out my timbits and making sure they gave me the right ones I wanted something I rarely see I Tim Hortons. The hot chocolate is always perfect and I’ve honestly never had anything bad to say about this place not to mention I’ve never waited longer than 5-10 minutes for my order!
This is by far one of the worst Tim Hortons experiences I’ve had. The service is beyond unacceptable. The drive-thru employee, Yasmine, couldn’t even take a basic order correctly and then had the nerve to go to the back and accuse me of lying. I remained calm, patient, and respectful the entire time, even though the place wasn’t busy at all. I was left sitting at the drive-thru with no response for over 5 minutes. No greeting, no “please wait,” nothing. That’s basic customer service, and they failed completely. To make matters worse, when I reported this to the manager, he couldn’t have cared less. He was dismissive, unbothered, and extremely unprofessional. No apology, no attempt to fix the situation, no accountability whatsoever. This location clearly has serious issues with staff attitude and management. If you expect even basic respect or competence, avoid this Tim Hortons entirely for their service. The place is nice however seemed newly renovated.
