Accurate and quick. Employees very polite and nice. Lovely! Also clean and a variety of available options of donuts, croissant, etc.

Loving and smiling you walk into this place and feel the warm greeting and the atmosphere of hard working and dedicated people, donuts and baked goods are very well organized and everything down to the garbages are kept clean, seriously outstanding for a busy place definitely will be visiting again 6/5 stars

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent visit to your restaurant. After a gap of 5-6 months, we visited your establishment. Upon arrival, we parked our vehicle, used the restroom, and proceeded to place our order at the front counter with a male employee. During this straightforward process, the manager began making inappropriate comments and issuing threats towards us. She insinuated that she would call the police on us for simply ordering food at your restaurant. She also mentioned that her friend is a cop and she will call him over us. This behavior was completely unwarranted, as we had no interaction with any other staff members and were not causing any disturbance. It felt as though the manager was trying to provoke a situation, falsely accusing us of causing trouble for the female employees. I request that the owner review the security footage from March 21 Saturday 5:00PM to witness the manager's unprofessional conduct. A formal warning is necessary to ensure that no other customers are subjected to such disrespectful and threatening behavior.

Went through the drive through and gave the girl a roll of nickels, it was like the end of the world, I asked when did Tim's start refusing legal Canadian coins? She finally accepted them in a huff. You better believe I am collecting my nickels for my next visit. Anyone else?

Poor service and mangers should teach their employees how to talk with customers on speaker like i was not even finished with my order and tone was rude

Had to stop here to give a shoutout to the guy at the drive-in tonight. Probably the most enthusiastic TH employee I have seen in over 30yrs 🙂.
