this place is too slow to make orders sometimes i wait more than a 10min for a coffee

In all Tim Hortones I visit, I always ask to replace bacon by rice in my wrap, and it's always fine cuz rice is obviously cheaper than bacon. They literally have other wrap in the menu with rice, but including weird sauces and Citron, so I don't want it. This was the only Tim that refused to do any modifications to their wrap. I literally saw worker placing bacon when he had rice just next to his hand. Was it that hard to do? Besides that, the portions are incredibly small.

I’m really disappointed with my recent order. I clearly mentioned that I am allergic to dairy and requested almond milk, but all the coffees were made the same and none of the lids were labeled. This is not just a preference—it’s a health concern. Serving dairy after being informed about an allergy is very serious.
