The enforcement of rules and policies here is completely arbitrary and heavily biased. I watched staff allow certain individuals to bypass standard procedures while strictly enforcing those exact same rules on others without any clear logical reason. This lack of consistency creates a frustrating and fundamentally unfair environment for regular visitors who expect standardized treatment.
