The service was terrible even toilets are very dirty and disgusting. The workers should be more polite and friendly to their customers especially the coffee shop in the expressway the manager should do better. Does health services ever go there to check the environment?

The enforcement of rules and policies here is completely arbitrary and heavily biased. I watched staff allow certain individuals to bypass standard procedures while strictly enforcing those exact same rules on others without any clear logical reason. This lack of consistency creates a frustrating and fundamentally unfair environment for regular visitors who expect standardized treatment.
