Brought 2 items, sent 9.66$ still asked for 10ç/ Cup of water. I have already paid the bill now paying 10ç just for the cup to get water is ridiculous. I'm not sure if it is location manager specific policy or Tim Hortons policy. Which ever have made this policy, asking 10¢ to pay by is either greedy if not is another way to say 'NO' to serve the customers. For sure it isn't customer care/service!
