I just came back home from this branch, my visit was horrible. It took 5 minutes to take my order and she didn’t even listen to us, my sweet box was horrible, the cookies were broken and the drink was full of ice and I asked to be with a little bit ice. My experience was not good at all 😥 All the employees were kids

On the machine the wrap I get is usally 3.99 and they made pay 7.49$ and the lady was a little rude

Tbh I'm an ice capp addict ATM as it's my current hyper fixation adhd dopamine hit a la max but unfortunately the ice cap machine here is broken constantly, that or the employees just say it is because they don't want to make them? Unsure.
