I had to change my review from a few years ago. Service has gone downhill. No smile, slow and food is often overcooked and sometimes even burned. What the heck happened? The woman that put together my order looked like she was in a depression. Like I was bothering her by choosing my donuts. And this is not the first time. Every time i go there, the people serving me seem like they've never worked in customer service. Zero people skills or manners. Unbelievable.
